Terms and Conditions for eSIM Services
1. Description of Service Ashlyn Portal – fzco (the “Company”) provides prepaid eSIM (embedded SIM) profiles for mobile data connectivity. The Service allows customers to download a data profile to a compatible device to access local or international mobile networks.
2. Device Compatibility It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that their mobile device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. The Company does not guarantee service on devices that are carrier-locked or do not meet the technical specifications for eSIM.
3. Activation and Usage
- The eSIM profile is considered “used” once the QR code or activation code is delivered to the Customer’s email.
- Data plans are valid for the specific period and volume (GB) purchased. If the data limit is reached or the validity period expires, the service will be terminated immediately.
4. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) To ensure network quality, the Company or its underlying network providers may apply a Fair Usage Policy. If a user exceeds a reasonable usage threshold, data speeds may be temporarily reduced.
5. Prohibited Activities The Customer shall not use the service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to spamming or network interference.

1. Final Sale Policy Due to the digital nature of the eSIM product, all sales are considered final once the eSIM QR code or activation details have been delivered via email or displayed on the checkout screen.
2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted ONLY under the following conditions:
- The eSIM fails to activate due to a confirmed technical issue originating from our network provider.
- The Customer contacts our support team within 48 hours of purchase to report the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will NOT be issued in the following scenarios:
- The Customer’s device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked.
- The Customer deleted the eSIM profile from their device.
- The Customer provided an incorrect email address during checkout.
- The Customer has already used a portion of the data plan.
- Poor signal quality in specific areas (as network coverage depends on local carriers and geography).
4. Cancellation Customers may request a cancellation only if the eSIM activation code has not yet been generated or sent. Once the digital delivery is complete, no cancellations will be accepted.
